I signed up for the half...then I hurt my knee I've very dissapointed. I considered switching to the 10k but now I don't even think thats do-able. Are you running one of the races? If so good luck!! I might be there cheering on my dad!

I've heard amazing things about Insanity. I would love to do it but I have no room in our tiny apartment!

I am running the 10K...the last half marathon I ran and trained for I pulled my groin and was on the shelf for a year.

I got so sick of the gym, lifting and the meatheads so I just started insanity on Monday and I feel great. (a lot harder then lifting and cardio at the gym) Their nutrition plan is awesome!! So much better then eating bland egg whites, chicken, and green beans.

You definitely need some room to do insanity. A lot of jumping and moving around!

amazing! i didn't follow their nutrition guide though. i just used the daily plate to track my calories so i was cautious of my food intake. i lost 8 lbs. I've fluctuated b/w 8-10lbs of weight loss but haven't weighed myself since i restarted the program 2 weeks ago. it's great!

ive done 2 rounds of insanity

just finished 2nd round two weeks ago

I lost 22 lbs with isanity and WW over 3 months

I loooove insanity! it willlll kick your butt and prob put you in the best shape of your life

ive done 2 rounds and I stilllll cant keep up with all the moves/routines its really hard and kicks your butt

i highly highly rec!
the only thing with their diet plan that i followed, was that i had protein shakes after every workout, it really helped with the soreness!

Ok I'm excited! Im hoping their nutrition plan works. I am sure they wouldn't put a meal plan that doesn't. I need to lose 20lbs by my wedding. I would prefer to lose it by august for b pics. Did you lose weight and tone?

yes i lost weight, inches and definitely toned up

insanity is intense if you follow it as much as you possibly can there is no way you will not lose weight...it's serious business!

measure yourself and take before pics, thats what i did, the difference was very noticeable
