When are you supposed to go for your fitting?

i just went for mine. the last one will be the week of the wedding and i'll pick it up the day i head up LI. i'll have three to four in all. i think a few months beofre the wedding is good, but it depends how much work needs to be done. i need to have mine taken up and a bustle put in and hopefully, taken in at some point.

The earliest they would schedule me for a fitting is the last week in April (first). I told them I didn't plan on losing weight but then when I saw my pics in my dress... YUCK. So I might delay the fitting a few more weeks.

We are date twins!

My first fitting is for April 12th.

My second is May 5th - ish.

My third is the last week in May.

I was told to go for my first fitting about two months prior to the wedding.

For my April 3rd wedding, the fittings were:

1st: Feb 11
2nd: March 4
3rd (final): March 18
