five day cleansing fast....

I'm on day two of my 5 day cleansing fast and there has been no 'cleansing'!!! What the heck!!! My colon must be a freakin rock!

No eating as it is a fast, drink a fiber mixer with juice or water and take different pills throughout the five days. it's 3 times a day and then you drink lots of water for the whole time! Not bad, except the fiber is gross!

It's not too bad, this is the third time I've done this. It won't be bad until friday and saturday when FH wants to eat out. I even cooked FH one of our favorite meals for dinner tonight!!! hahaha, I have some pretty good willpower! Oh and I've been staring at my wedding dress all day for motivation!

Not to sound crazy but if these cleanses require you to fast aren't you (not you personally but people who do them) really just losing weight from not eating.

If I wrong sorry I have not looked into a cleanse but if I need to lose a few pounds still before the wedding I'll be doing that too

There are cleanses that aren't fasting. You should try the natures secret mega cleanse. Just pills, no fasting!

OMG I do the same thing! I have a picture of my dress at work in the cabinet that everyone keeps their goodies, it makes me close the door and just have a glass of water

If I wrong sorry I have not looked into a cleanse but if I need to lose a few pounds still before the wedding I'll be doing that too

I'm not doing it for the weight loss, it's to reset your body so you can start eating right again and then get back into the gym! You do lose weight though, since the lower calorie intake. Like 100-200 a day.
