Flat Fee Realtors

I am looking to list my house with a flat fee realtor.

I went to MSN to find a few to compare.

I wrote 'Long Island Flat Fee Realtor'

Here is the link:

http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?q=long+island+flat+fee+realtor&Form=MSNH

But I have a question? They are all the same site?

http://www.mlsisland.com

http://www.mlslongislandunlimited.com

http://www.mlsliunlimited.com

They all say mls island? Has anyone heard of them?

or another words...who is the best flat fee realtor in NY?
