They are about 2.5 inches. I felt the same way about the dress dragging...

I got it about a month ago. But I live in Queens, so may be the one on Old Country Rd. or even another in Long Island may still have them or other white ones. I tried finding a pair online, but came across some crazy prices like $60 (I paid $19.99). Afaze also had white ones, maybe its worthwhile to check...

I bought a plain pair of white flip flops at NY & Co for $3.99!!!!!!!
not sure if I'll wear them at the ceremony, but for that price, I couldn't resist.
