For my wedding, im debating on whether to get flip flops or sneakers for the reception. Either way, Im going to get platform ones since my bridal shoes are 3'.

If you get flip flops get the higher ones b/c I wore regular slippers and my dress was dragging everywhere and was black on the bottom when the night was over

It might be difficult for you to dance or run around in flip flops, I would suggest sneakers.

i plan on wearing nice shoes for the ceremony and pictures and switching into white cons FH will probably where beige cons
I wanted to go with the ivory sketcher sneakers or really cozy flip flops...but everyone I know thought I was crazy...who sees the shoes anyway?? I just went with flat shoes, and I will bring flip flops just in case. I say go with what you are comfy with!!

I baught a pair of white coach sneakers 3 years ago, before i was engaged & knew i wanted them for my wedding they have been in the box since, but in a year & a half they will finally get used!

I bought white floral sketchers for the reception (didnt wear them) but flip flops may be hard to dance in, I know I cant and Im a dance hall chick

I am planning on getting a shorter heel for the ceremony and changing into slippers for the reception. If I had it my way, I would get my dress altered to fit slippers! Hopefully it won't drag too much- but I don't care, I don't want blisters on my wedding day!!
