I've been seeing so many of you guys posting pics of wedding wands, and I have never heard of them before! What are they for? (Sorry if this is a dumb question haha)

Flips Flops and Wedding wands
Love the flip flops and the wands. I was just looking up how to do them yesterday. I am a month away and now want to make 200 wands... I know I'm crazy!
