Floating candle.....

I went to michael's yesterday and purchased two different floating candles. I wanted to make an experiment...and here is what happened. I bought a rose floating candle an oval floating candle....the oval is much fuller so i assumed that it will last longer. Now my dilemma is that i will be using candles for my centerpieces as oppose to using flowers. I need floating candles that will last about five hours....

The flower candle burnt in 2 1/2 hours and the the oval burnt in about 3 hours...weird

If you girls know of any floating candle that will last for about five hours please let me know...i appreciate it

I got packs at Wal-Mart a dozen for around $3 or so. I used them in my floating candle CP's and they lasted the entire evening. Here's what my CP looked like.
