my bro has a great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt in florida- outside of Boca- so $$$
but yet only $1300- and he has a pool, 2 parking spaces- everything is new
huge kitchen
I pay $400 more a month for 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, small kitchen, pool, beach- and NO parking - ok and I have a doorman- but his is fully carpeted and the kitchen is great
we are thinking of moving down there in a few years- - probably to coral gables- outside of Miami
