I called my florist and they said I couldn't do a sample until the week before my wedding. I have an appointment 4 days before. We haven't discussed the exact flowers yet . How will they be able to order what I want? I think I need to call again huh?

Yes, I'd definitely call again! The whole point of the sample is to decide what you like and don't like. 4 days really isn't enough time to determine that.
