I was wondering if other brides can give names of florist not on this website and their opinions on them? Most of the florist that is listed are out east and i am getting married in the Garden city area but getting ready probably in levittown!

Are you logged into NYCityweddings.com? You will find more city vendors on that site, but will be in the same forums, good luck.

She's has original ideas and her prices are fantastic.
She is very flexible because you email her pics of what you like and a list of whatever you need (ex: 10 large centerpieces that look something like this picture, etc. and with these kinds of flowers), and she emails you back an approximate quote. Then, if you're okay with it, she'll set up a time to meet with you whereever it's most convenient for you.

The florist i used was Honeysuckle & Roses...she's a private florist - I've recommended her to a BUNCH of girls on here! She is absolutely wonderful is great with working with a price that YOU set. Definetly flexible(& her work is stunning)..Aside from my own wedding, I've also seen her work in many of my friends & families weddings and everyone always has wonderful things to say. her & her husband do everything out of their home in southhampton.. so you save SO much money without the storefront overhead charges....I used high cp's and saved SOO much money!!! she also comes to YOU for all ur meetings so u don't have to worry about the southhampton thing :) she really is amazing (and when you say 'this is how much I can spend' that is ALL you will spend)..she'll just work with it & show u ideas she can & canot do according to what u can afford, etc. lol so anyways, now i'm rambling but her info is below - good luck!

definetly CALL her....You may have to give her a call or two before she calls you back (she's a little flighty), but i assure you in the end her work is fantastic! Be sure to tell her I reccomended her if u decide to call! Also, have a budget in mind for when u meet. She ALWAYS asks so she can give u ideas so she won't go over!
