has your florist or have you heard of a florist asking for suggested gratuity on top of the set price?

A flowershop should not ask you for a set gratuity. Yes they are performing a service but if they have a charge they would call it a delivery fee or set up charges things like that. If they do try to charge you for it, it is just wrong.
