I haven't yet done it but I would assume you might also want to bring pictures of Bok's you like and centerpieces so they can get an idea of what you want.
I was still up in the air for my centerpieces until recnetly, but I KNEW what I wanted for the bok... so just to get an idea of pirce I just printed out some pics. I'm sure that's all you'll need

Bring pics of your bridesmaids dresses, if you have swatches of the color, bring those.
Bring pics of your dress too.
Bring pics of flower you like, or cps you like.
Bring pics of your hall, if you can, this really helps since I think the worst mistake you can do with CPs is use colors that class with the hall.

Swatch of the bm dress if flowers are to match. Or something with your color theme. They should have books to look through. If you have any diy that are going on table with it, that should go with you. Look through books/mag and get some ideas of what types of flowers you want-bouquet style. They will let you know what is in season for your wedding time and offer suggestions. Do you want high or low cp, roses, color of the gm and type of flower. These are the questions you will be asked. We are using 2 florists and met with them both last week. One is for the CPs through the hall and the other for the bouquets is being down by a coworkers wife that does it for a living-but out of her home. Do you need a throw away? How many in your party? Parents, grandparents getting flowers? Good luck and have fun.
