Re: Florist contract?
Thats very strange. I would not book with them if they refused a contract.

That doesn't sound cool. If you only have a verbal contract or agreement, they could forget or change what you wanted.

That's strange. I wouldn't book any vendor without a signed contract.

Re: Florist contract?
We received a contract noting all the items required, the prices discussed and the deposit we left. You should always have something in writing!

Re: Florist contract?
I booked with my florist over the phone the same day I meet with them. And they mailed me my contract. They should give you something in writing to cover themselves and so that you know the details of the services they will be providing to you.

Absolutely, if something should go wrong, the contract is your proof.

I would def get something in writing. One less headache in the end if something were to go wrong its all on paper so there are no disputes as to what was said.

Re: Florist contract?
I agree with all.. every place we looked at had contracts, and I have a contract with my florist. If they don't perform well, you'll have nothing to back you up without something in writing.

Re: Florist contract?
Anything that involves exchange of money for a service should include a contract.
