We have 'booked' a florist....but i say 'booked' because we made no down payment and really don't have a contract in writing. This has just started to worry me a bit!
What is everyone else doing with florists? Do they usually do contracts like the other vendors I've worked with?
Please help asap! Thanks!!!

definitely a contract stating all of the flowers you'll be getting and what type. i'd call and follow up on that.

You should get a contract from your florist as you would from any other vendor. It protects you both, and it also details exactly what you want in writing so there is no confusion.
Definitely go back and get something on paper, even if it's informally written. Otherwise, you can't really be guaranteed anything if something goes wrong.

Yes, we have a written contract about everything we are getting and the types of flowers being used...and we also but down a deposit
