I met with B*U*R*T*O*N*S & their price was great! I won $500 from PWP Florist and wasn't able to make an appt with them yet. I have 2 appts this week with Pedestals & Distinctive Flowers.
Should I meet with PWP first before I waste my time driving all the way out in Nassau to meet with these other florists? They are both almost an hr away. Either way I feel like I am going to be using 2 florists. I have a feeling the one I have to meet with is going to be more expensive so I might just use the $500 on something & get everything else somewhere else.
What would you do? TIA

I have booked with Distinctive floral. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE them!
I thought I was sold on a florist before I met with Maria (from distinctive). I even put down a deposit somewhere else! I told myself that it wouldn't hurt to look at other place because I wasn't 100% sold. I don't think that you can ever look at enough places because you can see all the options of what different laces can offer you. However I do understand that driving an hour is a huge chunk of time that you might not want to spend!! Especially if you have already seen something you like.
Don't settle!!

Use the 500 for mil and mom gifts and do like monthly flower clubs
Then..
Call Christina Santos...shes so creative and loves to make the wedding yours and not like all the other cookie cutter weddings we see.
She also did an ep of my fair wedding and has pics of it on her fb I looove it!

I am using Pedestals. My SIL and sister used them as well. We also met with Flowers by Brian. Originally Pedestals gave me a sky high quote, but I went back and told them my budget, and they worked within it. I love their work.

Maybe you should schedule your appointment with Pedestals and/or Distinctive for the same day as PWP, since you will be on the island anyway? This way you don't have to schlep out twice?

Sounds easy doesn't it! lol That would be perfect if I could do them all in one day. I get out of work 5 & can get there by 6 & the one place closes at 7!
