Florist last night.......

So I told you all yesterday how I was meeting with my florist last night......OH MY GOD!!!!!!! His work is even better than I could've ever imagined!!!!!!!!!!!

He was showing me his portfolio and well it was incredible. He showed me a retirement party that he did.......ONE TABLE was $85,000

Then he showed me a wedding he did at THE PLAZA.........the centerpiece for the place card table....12 feet tall

Now obviously I won't be having an $85K or a 12 foot tall CP, but still, it was amazing to see these things and it only reassured me more in my choice.

So we went over everything, and it looks like I'll either have a mix of high and low CP's or do three different sizes on each table. We have to see b/c it looks like I'm going to have over 20 tables (the numbers just keep going up ).

He's going to buy some flowers and vases and then in a few weeks I'm going back to his house so he can show me a few samples and we can get a better idea of what I want.

I'm not sure. I can ask him though. He's really a high school art teacher, and does this on the side. So right now he's not so busy because he has the summer off. But once school starts, he of course will not have as much time. But I can definitely see if he wants to add to his workload!

So do I We're thinking something along the lines of this...but all different color reds, no pinks, and silver pedestals, then with some votive candles around it.

That's amazing, Laura! My Mike was actually interested to hear that that Mike bought a house with his girlfriend! Please tell him congrats! Also, is he working with a florist or only independently?
