Florist Quotes by telephone/email?

has anyone successfully received a quote from a florist without having to meet them in person? I am pressed for time - have 20 florists on my list and realy don't want to actually visit 20 places over the next few weeks..

which places can I just call, give them exactly what I want and have them give me a straight out estimated price so I can narrow down my list???

The only florist who did this for me and it was a very general quote, was LA Blossoms but I ended booking with Designs by Gina.

Yes, Designs by GIna and Designs by Rose both gave me quotes via e-mail.

Hidden Essence gave me a quote and we've been contacting each other by email.
