FLORIST RAVE (and cheap)

So I was very picky and in a budget for flowers

My gf who had her wedding 9/12/10 and FH and I went to referred us to her florist. We thought would be so expense because she had GORGEOUS arrangements. made an appt and they outdid everyone's prices by FAR
