My florist is not under the diamond card category...but he is a vendor here (John from Flower Michele). A lot of ladies use him for their wedding. I am also using him. Definitely recommend him if you are looking to book florist! John from Flower Michele is located on Jericho Turnpike. His prices are reasonable and his work is amazing! His flowers are fresh. He will work within your budget. He always respond to phone calls and email on tiime. He is such a great person to work with.

not sure if diamond thing?
but I just booked with Nadia from Pedastals , I looked at a lot of florists and she was the only one who had up to date pictures, ideas of my venue and other weddings, suggestions on hand, and extremely thorough. The price was right and she was willing to negotiate. I def recommend going to talk her link

I am using Verbena and I absolutely love them! I am not sure if they are a diamond card vendor though.
