florist update

so some of you know that i went to both pedestal and flower michelle yesterday. anyways, fh and i liked flower michelle's suggestions and arrangements better. so i think we are going to book with them. plus, pedestal asked us for $7,200!!! i wanted to see the breakdown of prices but she refuses to show it to me which i definitely did not like.

are there any other florists that is comparable to flower michelle bedfore i make my decision?

Wow that is so strange that they wouldn't show you the breakdown - definitely NOT a good sign.

I visited with FM, Verbena Designs, Flowers by Brian, Burtons, and Designs by Rose.

The best prices were with Verbena Designs and Designs by Rose. Verbena was cheaper than FM for the SAME exact stuff. Designs by Rose gave us MORE for the same amount as Verbena.

We booked with Designs by Rose. They are BEYOND super nice, very talented, and the prices can't be beat! They even offered to help me get non-floral stuff for wholesale prices!!!

I love, love, love Jen at Verbena Designs. I love that they do only one wedding per day and she is just so nice to work with. I highly recommend going to meet with them.

I second Jen! I didn't like Pedestals when we went to meet them. They were the only ones who didn't give me a written quote to take home. They were also very pushy. Good luck!
