Florists

Hello!

I am meeting with florists this coming weekend and I was wondering if there is a list of questions I should ask. I don't know much about flowers, so I'm really not sure what I'm doing!

well have you been looking at pictures of color schemes and types of bouquets and centerpieces you're going to want? They'll start you off by having you look at albums most of the time.
You should know how many bouquets you need, boutinere (sp?), approx number of tables, if you would like corsages for MOB & MOG & grandmothers, readers, do you want a throw away bouq., do you want flowers on your cake? what do you want at the church? alter pieces and bows for the pews?

Some places charge by the type of flower, others charge just by the amount.
