i met with:

Burtons - cheapest price, says you can do any flower you want

Lovin Oven - Loved his ideas and style but was the priciest

Verbena - total sweetheart and my 2nd choice. and reasonable, willing to work within your budget

Flower Michele - ended up booking them. they were the cheapest of all that i met with but my brother used them so i have seen their work and i liked the ideas that RIch gave me

We met with:

Lovin Oven: Loved Keyth and his designs...ended up booking them. My CP (high) is in my album!
He is great to talk to and his designs are beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!

Burton's: the guy wasn't able to show us books or samples because they were so busy with other prosepective clients-(we had an appt). His rate wasn't that much better than Lovin Oven's and we were not happy with the service.
I know a lot of brides like them but we were not impressed...sorry, JMHO!!!!

Laura's Floral Elegance (East Northport)- good ideas and very nice, but prices werent' any better than Lovin Oven's either.

I'm using Burtons- they gave me the lowest price and so many of my friends have used them so I've seen their work.

Burton's was the best price, and that's who we went with, but we ultimately supplied non-floral CPs.

I would recommend going outside the wedding box and checking out local florists and nurseries. I got a really good price from my local nursery had I gone with florals, and probably would have used them, but we decided to make our decision on florists based strictly on low bid because it's not a priority for us.

What are you looking to do exactly, do you want CP's for each table?? I went with Martha from Gifts from the heart florist on Deer Park Avenue in North Babylon. She is so sweet, and she gave me such a great deal. She is a friend of my sisters, but she worked with me.

I had 6 BM bo-k's , 8 boutineer's, 3 table centerpieces, my bo-k , and about 8 corsages. I think the final bill was $1,300. We had very little, but thats just an idea.

I had vandella roses, sahara roses, bells of ireland, some stock, and some other stuff in there lol I don't remember it all, but it was very pretty. I have some pics in my album if you can see them.

Keyth from Lovin Oven is a genius!! So creative and talented I thought they were pricey till i got other estimates that were thousands more for the same stuff! Hes AMAZING

Tim's Florist in Massapequa Park

they are absolutely fabulous to work with, their flowers are absolutely always fresh & gorgeous & seem to live forever. I highly recommend

I used Flowers & Gifts by Virginia in Ronkonkoma. My flowers were absolutely beautiful she does an amazing job & is very reasonable. Virginia's phone number is 631-467-6919

I would be more than happy to send pictures of her work if you would like. My bouquet was beautiful and the centerpieces were absolutely amazing my friends and family are still talking about them 6 months later
