Make sure you ask about the bouquets. You want your bouquets to be wrapped really tight. I've seen them where they aren't tight enough and they kinda start to fall apart before the reception. Also, discuss the different flowers available during your month and what kind of flowers will make it through the day. Some wilt and turn colors because they have been out of water too long. So make sure you get flowers that are gonna look beautiful all day. Good luck! Let us know if you like them.

Find out if you can redo the contract (like if you have less tables in the end) or are you held to what you sign for..if they let you reduce the number make sure it is in writing

Do you specialize in weddings? Do we help design or do you create based on your style? If so, how many design sessions are involved? Will you provide us with a sample? What flowers do you recommend that are in season? What kind of arrangements do you offer for the ceremony? Have you ever provided flowers at our reception hall? Who will be arranging the flowers at both locations? How many weddings do you arrange in one day? Are there any delivery setup fees? Do you offer wedding canapies/huppahs? Do you provide flowers for the wedding cake? Do you provide flowers for the sign in table/restrooms? What designs do you offer as far as pew arrangements? Are the centerpieces keepsakes or rental? Will you be able to preseve my bouquet? How much is needed for a deposit? When is the balance due? What is your cancellation policy?

Thanks for your help! We decided to book with Flowers by Brian. They gave us everything we wanted and the price was lower than we thought it would be. So yay another check for me!
