I am just beginning my search for a florist..any suggestions?

White Iris in Babylon on Deer PArk Ave. They did an amazing job on out centerpieces!

I'm from that area- but if I were you, I'd check out the Milleridge Florist in Jericho in the Milleridge Inn Village- they are amazing & competitive... and of course, they deliver.

I am getting married at the Riviera in Massaequa and they recommend Flowers by Lorraine. Good Luck

Babylon area - Towers Flowers on Deer Park Ave (rte 231)

Massapequa - Bayview Florist on Merrick Road or Tims Florist on Park Blvd.

That said, I must plug my florist, Flower Michele in Huntington (231 to NY Ave). He does a lot of work in the Babylon area and does such great work!

I'm also using Flowers by Lorraine. I know there were a few conflicting opinions about her, but I have to say from my own experience that she has been very helpful, knowledgeable and open to ideas and suggestions. She's got a great sense of color and really knows what she's doing. Her prices are fair and reasonable, too. I'd definitely meet with her to see what you think. Just to let you know, though, she's a little standoffish at first, but the more you work with her, the more she opens up. Don't let it put you off.
