I booked Flower Barn - I didn't bother going anywhere else after I met with Mike. I've spoken with them several times after booking (and I even stop by on occasion). Their customer service is outstanding and he knew exactly what I wanted and then some.

ITA...Mike was the absolute best. His prices are one of the best I have seen, and his work is so nice!! It's also a plus that he is local to where I live, so if I need to run up there its not a hike...When I met with him I really didnt know what kind of arrangements I wanted, but I told him the type of flowers I wanted and he showed me all different books and helped me decide which flowers would be the best to use and how the centerpieces could look. I think FH and I were with him for almost 45 minutes for the first meeting...I went back the following week and left my deposit. Could not be happier with Flower Barn!!

We looked at both Flowers by Michele and Pedestals. We ended up booking with Pedestals-Robert is amazing and we loved all of their samples the day we went in. There wasn't a huge different in price and we felt Pedestals would do an amazing job. I think it is based on preference and whomever makes you feel most comfortable.

i met with all three too--

flower barn: personally i felt as if the guy we met with could have cared less about our wedding..and after my fmil said how much she despised red roses, he gave her a red rose as we were leaving (something small i know)..i thought their prices were just ok too..

flower michele: i actually really liked them..i felt as if they were creative, and they spent time talking about what i wanted in a dress, as an overall look, and so on..i didn't go with them only because i found a much better price with a much better quality and volume of flowers with flowers by gina

pedastals: i was actually completely turned off by them (although it seems as if it could just be the woman i met with)..first they me wait for about 30 min past my appointment (which beyond annoyed me)..then they didnt listen to a single thing i said..i told her all white, and she wrote down green TWICE before i almost had to yell at her..then there were two brides almost in tears there looking at their samples..then she gave me two dying roses as i left..

please realize these are jmo though based on my experience..i know people have used all three with rave reviews..

FH and I went to Flower Barn this weekend. We met with Mike who is very nice. He gave us a great price (lower than expected). But like someone else said he didn't offer many suggestions. When FH and I were discussing what type of base we wanted for the CP he was patient but said to us that it is the same price for both options and we can decide later. I felt a little rushed. FH was not impressed either. We don't want to choose someone just because they are the cheapest. You get what you pay for!

So true - I am also in the same boat. have a lot of quotes but can't decide who to go with. I don't want something super cheap and then cry when something goes wrong but even w/the bigger florist shops like FBB, Burtons, Pedestals, FBG, you just can't guarantee that everything will always be 100% perfect...
