I am using Flower Barn and so far no complaints. I am finalizing my stuff with them tomorrow and I cannot wait!
I didnt visit the others so I have no opinion on them.

I'm using Flower Michele and i'm actually going for my first sample centerpiece viewing today. They're (Rich and John) are really nice in there and accomodating.

Really? I read your vent before about them. It's so funny how you say you have trouble getting in touch with them....I've had no problems with them on the phone. WHenever I call they answer and speak to either JOhn or Rich.
I'll def. post my CP picture once I upload it. My appointment is at 6pm tonight. FM if I forget :) and I'll send it over.

Flower MIchele was my second choise, but we wound up going with flowers by brian!
my brother used pedestals and they had a bad experience...said they were paid in full then the day of the rehearsal said they still owed $600!! but the flowers were beautiful!!

I met with both flower michele and pedestals.
I ended up going with Flower Michele bc 1) they offered me more for my money and at a better price 2) i LOVED rich..he was an absolute SWEETHEART
Pedestals was a CLOSE 2nd..I think you will be MORE Than happy with either...
I think you need to decide who you would prefer workign with...thats what sold me with Flower Michele...
But they both do AMAZING work so you cant lose!

i didn't look at the flower michele & pedastals, but i've heard good things about them.
however, i worked with the flower barn and i have nothing but good things to say about them! I got a good price, the flowers were beautiful and the service was great. we were customers in the past b/c i live close to them. after our wedding, some of our family members started using them b/c they loved the flowers and long after the wedding they lasted!

i met with all three....i loved pedestals and flower michele...it was a tough decision but booked with Pedestals. I am confident both would do a good job though!
I didn't dislike flower barn and they actually gave me a lot lower of a price than Pedestals and FM but it was a totally different experience.....I felt like pedestals and FM were more of consultants in that they spent over an hour with me going over my vision and coming up with great ideas.
Flower barn was a 15 min meeting where I told them what I wanted and he gave me a price....it was just more of a florist shop than a consultant. I am spending a lot of money on flowers and really wanted someone who I felt got my vision....I just didn't feel like that with Flower Barn. The guy was really nice though!

My sister used Flower Michele for her wedding and they forgot to bring things that she paid for/was on her contract on the day of. I have read that this has happened to several other girls here in The Brides Review. Also, I did not have that great of an experience with them when I met with them a few weeks ago.

i am torn between flower barn and burtons.. se with me i spent over an hour at flower barn and received a nice letter in the mail thanking me for considering them... the exact opposite with Burtons. However, Burtons was willing to throw a few extras at the same price as FB.
Most likely i will go with Flower Barn bc I liked the customer service, ideas, and location (3 min from my house!). I got quoted a great price too and I know if i book i can prob get him to add a few extras.

I booked Flower Barn - I didn't bother going anywhere else after I met with Mike. I've spoken with them several times after booking (and I even stop by on occasion). Their customer service is outstanding and he knew exactly what I wanted and then some.

I mentioned tonight that I got a quote from Burtons today and I still needed to call Pedestals and my FSIL told me that they completely screwed up her flowers for her wedding. They delivered the wrong flowers in the wrong colors and then denied it and wouldn't give a refund until they saw photos from the wedding. She said she paid $2500 for 3 BMs, herself, low centerpieces, etc but that was 6 yrs ago.
I was sad to hear this because I wanted to get a quote from them but not now that I know that they were THAT florist.

Pedestals- hated the customer service. I felt pushed to book and that the lady was not listening to me.
Flower Barn- most reasonable and mike is wonderful to work with. Looking at their work I know they will do an amazing job at my wedding. They're not a very popular vendor on here, so you might not come across too many girls that booked with them, but they are soooo amazing and def. worth it!!
