My next step is to find a florist and I really don't want to spend a ton of money on flowers. I want low white rose centerpieces for all of the tables (about 16 to 18 tables), nothing too crazy. We have a small wedding party (4 in total, possibly 6), a flower girl, and our parents. What is everyone's budget for flowers? What do you think is a reasonable amount to spend?

it really depends on the florist to be honest- There are 8 girls, and 7 guys in the BP, plus flowers for my parents, My FH's parents, and one set of grandparents. All of that, plus my bouquet, my FH's corsage, 20 centerpieces (high/low alternating), church flowers, and cake flowers (was included) i was quoted like 5k at pedestals! I obviously did not go with them for that price lol, so I went with distinctive floral designs on Jericho tpke and paid between 3-4k (i cant remember the price exactly). So, if you want all low centerpieces, and your BP is smaller than mine, you're probably looking at like 3k. The 'rule' is that you usually spend 10% of your overall budget on flowers.
Edited from 15% to 10% lol typo

I am using Flowers by Burton... they are great because they do NOT charge you depending on WHAT kind of flowers you want... just based on what/how many things you are getting. I think you can get away with low centerpieces plus bouquets for around 3k give or take. HTH!

Black Dahlia gave us the best prices so far for our small Party, since she has great packages ...we haven't made a decision yet, but with our very tight budget (1,200) its so nice to know its not only do-able but can still look good.

I am doing Flowers by Brian and I got a GREAT quote in my opinion. I am inviting over 315 people and have 8 girls in my bridal party. So I had to get 8 bouquets, plus my bouquet (which I can get whatever flowers I want with no extra charge). I am also doing low center pieces and God knows how many tables I will have. In addition they throw in the decoration of the cake!

We booked with Pedestals and we got a quote for less than 3k for 15 centerpieces (8 high/7 low). I have 7 girls in my bridal party and 6 guys, It also includes small bouquets for both our moms, roses on the runner for the ceremony, flowers for the cake and my bouquet and FH's thingy. Lol...

Michelle from Hidden Essence was half the price of the one other florist I met with. Definitely get in touch with her!
