Flower Decisions!

I am trying to decide on a florist but find it very difficult on who to choose. I have it narrowed down to four (I think). I am nervous bc I read the reviews on here of how some florists show one centerpiece for the sample and something smaller and different show up the day of. Can anyone who has any information on the following florists please help:
