Do you tip the flower delivery person? If so, how much? What if it is John from Flower Michele, how much do you tip him? What if one person drops off at the house and another drops off at the reception, do you tip them separately? can you tell it's 2 days before my wedding?

Yes, I would tip all the delivery persons (except for the owner.)

ok, who DON'T you tip? I swear, I feel like I am literally going to have to tip everyone I talk to on my wedding day.

It almost comes down to that. But yes you tip all delivery persons. We even tipped the valet parkers and bar tender only to find out we did not need to because they make tips. Oh well!! It's all good.
