I booked Burton's florist last week. I was very happy with their work and found them to be reasonably priced and nice people. When I first met with Mike, I asked him if there was a delivery and set up charge. He said no! We went to finalize everything and leave a deposit last week. I just looked at the bill again the other day and noticed a $25 delivery charge. Should I call up and complain about it, or should I just assume that it's the delivery person's tip? I know it's only $25, but still...

I would just call and ask for the explaination. I think I have a $25 delivery charge for Burtons too. That is very fair to me though. But if he told you there was none, I would call.

I wasn't told there was or wasn't a delivery charge of $25 (never thought to ask) but I did see it on my invoice from Burton's as well!

If everyone else who booked Burton's has a $25 delivery charge as well, I don't think I'm gonna complain. $25 for a delivery charge is reasonable. Could be worse. I just didn't want to be told there isn't one and I'm the only one who is charged.
