Flower Fields

I loved Flowerfield but it was just way out of my price range. I think it's very beautiful and I've always heard good things about it.

Flower Fields

I got married there in September 2001 and have nothing but fabulous things to say about them. They do a superb job, are extremely professional, the food is wonderful and got many compliments. On the day of the wedding both Scott and Linda did a fantastic job keeping things running smoothly. Actually, I just watched the raw footage of my wedding video and saw a lot of the behind the scenes things and was amazed at how much they handled that I wasn't even aware of! You are choosing a great place. If you have any questions about it, please feel free to email me at [email protected]. Good luck with all else too!

Flowerfield

Absolutely beautiful place - Great food - I have never, ever heard an indifferent yet alone negative comment about the place. We seriously considered it but it was just too expensive for us.

2 Flowefield issues

We are very close to picking Flowerfield too. I have heard nothing but amazing things about it. I just have two issues, both completely ridiculous really. First, my fiance and I hate the bridge in the cocktail room. For some reason I am stuck on that. Anyone else feel that way? Second, I love the cigar and cordial lounge and definetely want to use it. But I have been to weddings where people are leaving the ballroom for the bar or whatever and I feel like it takes away from the celebration. Any thoughts on how else to use it?

I wasn't thrilled about the bridge either. As far as the cigar room goes - I would probably not open it up (have the band/dj announce it) until around the time when the cake is being served. It seems like at that point that most people are sitting down anyway. I believe they do have a cordial bar in the reception room so people don't have to leave for that - just to smoke. Just an idea - Good luck -

It is so funny how people's opinions vary. The bridge in the cocktail hour room is what I loved! Infact I booked there because my ceremony will most likely be inside! I too am not sure how to use the cigar lounge, but I want to use it!

2 Flowerfield issues

My wedding was at Flowerfield last July, and I couldn't possibly rave more about the day. The thing that initially made me crazy for Flowerfield was the bridge. : ) I guess people's differences are what make the world go round. I wanted a reception site that looked very unique, and not like a traditional catering hall, and I found Flowerfield to be exactly what the doctor ordered. : ) As for the cigar bar, it was a hit with my guests. It gave the men a chance to talk and do 'manly things', which was right up Patrick's alley, and made the day seem more his, rather than just for the bride (which is what he sometimes complained about). I give Flowerfield 5 stars, and have nothing but wonderful things to say.
