hello. i want to find a dress for my fg. the shops i have been to have carried very few fg dresses, is it normal to just find one you like online and order it through a shop without the child trying it on? it seems like thats what we will have to do. are there any websites that i can look at for ideas? thanks ~lacey

Re: flower girl dresses
we're getting the flower girl dresses at the flea market. Attias in Sayville.
I found that some of the communion dresses are nice, and under $75.00. (they have a large selection, sizes 2-20) all white, or white with color (the dresses that aren't necessarily for a communion)
some people don't like this idea because it's the flea market..but the child is probably never going to wear it again, and I can't see asking parents to pay so much for a flower girls dress from a bridal suite.
we're also getting the burgundy junior bridesmaids dresses there for $65.00.
to answer your question, I think it's perfectly fine purchasing a dress online as long as it's in the right size.
