Flower Girl Dresses

So I found this dress, and I love it. However, for the life of me I can't remember where I found it... Does anyone know??

And

Has anyone started looking at FG dresses??? When should I place the order?

I'm not gonna place my order until........ Feb/March ish. This is the earliest! I don't want to take the chance that my kids are gonna have random growth spurts.

im not sure who the designer on that dress is but i placed the order for my flower girl dresses what they did was they ordered a size bigger for both girls.
