Flower jewelry

Ok, this is probably a stupid question but on the side of these pages they advertise for their store and I had seen the 'jewelry ' for the bm BOK. They are basically initials that you put into the BOK.

Does anyone know where I can find them? I haven't seen them since in this store.

Thanks!
