Flower Michele---UPDATE

for anyone who is using them....are you finding it hard to contact them? i'm not trying to shout anyone out but we called last week and left a message, and still didn't get a call back! i'm gonna have fh call them again later but it's pretty annoying bc i still need to see my sample centerpiece!!

UPDATE:
so we got in touch via email (thanks for that suggestion ladies!)...and he's telling me that he doesn't have a clue what we want and he can't read his former employee's notes...here's the funny part, we met up with him last month and went over EVERYTHING with him!! a little disorganized if you ask me, and we now have to explain everything to him again...this is not the type of stress that i need right now unbelievable

I haven't had any problems contacting them. If I leave a message they usually call me back pretty quickly. Sorry.

i went there yesterday to see my cp. i called before i went just to confirm. john picked up by the second ring. hes really good respondin to emails too

thats odd. i just spoke to john a few times this week and saw him last friday night. i havent had any problems. sorry to hear, i would try again

I had a really hard time getting in touch with them. I ended up booking with another florist after they canceled a meeting when I was on my way with a deposit check.

Seems like they are overwhelmed with more clients than they can handle.
