we can't decide which one. fm is almost $700 cheaper, but I don't want to pick just on price. can anyone share experiences on using either of these? I just want great flowers. I don't want them turning brown before the wedding

if you search the brides' review, FM has mostly positive reviews. there are a few bad ones involving some lady named barbara, but she no longer works there, she now works at pedestals actually. i have 3 friends who used FM and raved. i booked with FM because i thought john was very nice, accomodating, and knowledgable. he also was very willing to work with my budget to get me what i wanted.
i also looked at pedestals, and although they get great reviews as well, i just felt my salesperson wasn't helpful - at least not nearly as much as john was.

pedestals... but i would also recommend working with robert. in my opinion, he is the best!

You are going to find great things said about both... in that case, I would choose by price. $700 is alot of money.
We used FM and were generally satisfied, just make sure you confirm everything beforehand. We were upset because pew bows and throw away BO-K was in our contract but were not included that day....

Pedestals. Bring your quote from FM into Pedestals and they might very well match it. It's $700. It's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things to them...it's more important to get your business.
I personally am not using Pedestals but they did the flowers at the last 2 weddings I went to and the flowers were unbelievably gorgeous.

i think teh work that john from Flower Michele does is just AMAZING. a friend of mine just booked them.
check out the pics from the wedding of the year bridal show event--i believe FM did CP's for that event
$700 is a big difference and honestly i think FM is not only a better bargain but really great to work with

I love pedestals so thats my vote...I agree about telling them you got a lower quote and seeing if they'll work with you.

I vote for pedestals, but I'm a little biased b/c they're doing my wedding. I love their work. They came down in price for me so I would ask them to meet the other price.

we loved John. my moh already decided to use him for her wedding 1 day lol. I read some bad reviews though that got me paranoid though.

I'm not working with either one, but I feel like I've read a few reviews where the flowers from FM on the day of are not exactly like the samples brides received. Definitely do a lot of research, though. Good luck!

I met with Flower Michele and another florist, not Pedestals. FH and I both felt completely comfortable and happy with John from Flower Michele. We have an appt next friday to meet with him and officially book.

I used FM and totally loved them! I actually booked with Barbara and found out a few days before my wedding that she was no longer working there! I was a little worried, but everything came out beautiful! John does amazing work! I would totally go with FM!!!!

I've only been to pedestals but I LOVED them!! They had a ton of great ideas and were very honest about what would hold up and what wouldn't. The person I worked with made it really fun- I showed her pics of what I had in mind and she had all these suggestions of how to make it amazing. LOVE them!
