Flower Opinions...

Tell me what you think of this centerpiece... if you like it or not and what would you change??

P.S. The pink roses will not be that dark, they would be a lighter shade of pink!

I was going to say make the pink a little paler. And make it a little rounder at the bottom. I don't think I like those pieces sticking down at the bottom.
Besides that, it is beautiful!

Thanks... the florist actually put those bottom pieces at the end just to give me an idea of different fillers. What do you mean by rounder at the bottom? Thanks for your opinion... much appreciated!

I love the centerpiece...but like the other post says...it may look better a little rounded at the bottom...have them take out the longer pieces they put on the bottom.

We threw in those purple and white daisies at the last minute too just to see what it looks like but I think I will be taking them out..

Thanks AtticaQT... Carmine from Flowers by Emil... He's great to work with! This is basically a rough guess on what we want... I just have to figure out exactly what I want and will then make some changes to it..

I do like this (except for the bright pink roses you mentioned would be changed anyway) but I think it needs something to make it stand apart from the every day typical wedding centerpiece. People will need a reason to look up so you don't want an arrangement that doesn't stand out.
It's a pretty arrangement but I'd spice it up a bit with some unusual flowers or berries.

I originally had the same color scheme and then I realized that I wanted flowers that really popped and made people smile so I said the heck with the color scheme - I'm going to do something really bright and unusual if I have to spend so much on flowers for one day!

I love your stand - it is different from the clear vase that everyone seems to be doing lately! I agree with the other posts that you should make it more round. Other than that, I think it looks great!

I agree with the other girls. Maybe change those pieces that stick out at the bottom to something that drapes more, like ivy.

ok, honestly, I think it needs more of a theme - either color or flower. It just seems like a lot of different things thrown together.

I'd take out the lillies (I think thats adding to the funeral look) and add in more flowers with less greenery- looks like roses, stock & dendrobium orchids in there. For cost considerations, stock would be the cheapest to fill it in with.

I do like the more abstract shape though.
