Flower Preservation

Is anyone preserving their BOK? If so, can you tell me who you are using I really want to preserve mine. Thanks!

I know that one girl here did it - not sure of her screen name at the moment, but her name is Jenn, she got married at Chateau La Mer and went to Ireland for her HM ... I even met her! Why can I not remember her LIW name????

Ok, that was a momentary loss of brain use I guess. Her name is Nifheim. I am sure if you FM her she can tell you about what she did!

I wanted to preserve mine, but left for my hm right away. When we came back, it was rotten

Just a tip- i dont think you are supposed to wait a week to have it preserved

I was able to salvage a few flowers though.

I didnt preserve mine but I hung them up to dry out and then DH built me a shadow box to put them. Not the same as preserving them but I didn't have the money or time to send them to be preserved

I did floral preservation, it costs about $500-$600 and i am happy I did it. Here is a pic:

I mean I expected to look more like my flowers the day of but I still love it.

Wow Jen it looks like is was worth it though. Who did you use?
