Flower Prices

What are you all budgeting for flowers? I'm having a large wedding so I expected the price to be high but it's hard to wrap my head around some prices.

We need:
1 Bride Bouq.
1 MOH Bouq.
6 BM Bouq.
1 MOB Cors.
1 MOG Cors.
1 Grandmother Cors.

1 Groom Bout.
7 GM Bout.
1 FOB Bout.
1 FOG Bout.

-Rose Petals for Church Aisle
-18+ Centerpieces (We guaranteed 200 guests but plan on inviting around 350)
-Seating Chart Centerpiece

So far our first quote was $4600 for half high, half low centerpieces or $5500 for all high (Including all the above). Is that average? We're meeting with another company this afternoon and another two next weekend.

Flower Prices

Definitely check out Michelle at Hidden Essence. I'm just doing personal flowers... but she is HALF the price than others I went to... and MORE flowers (and the flowers I want).

Flower Prices

For us it was all high centerpieces at 5,500. We had tree limbs in mind which were 175-250 per cp. We went to a second vendor, told her we want half tree limb, half low centerpieces-she quoted us 3,700. We did not feel comfortable with her though because I don't think she understood what we wanted.
We decided on all low CPs because while we did not have a flower budget, we knew we didn't want to spend that much on them.

We got
1 Bride bouq
1 MOH bouq
5 BM bouq
3 corsages
13 bouts including FH's

20 low centerpieces

-she threw in rose petals and fall leaves for aisle, a tree limb piece for our card table, and a ladies room arrangement.

This all came out to 2,700 plus tax, bringing us just under 3,000. We saved over 2,000 just by switching to low centerpieces!

We are only doing personal flowers and booked with Michelle as well! She came in below quotes from others, and that was using my 'high end' flower options. So I'm still going to knock it down a little and choose some mid-grade flowers.
