Ok, some of you read my post the other day about my wedding colors.
Long story short: I am having my wedding at the same place my cousin did two years ago, and I wanted the same colors, purple and or pink. (she had lavendar, i wanted a dark plum color)
After much reflection, I have decieded to change my color, to a deep wine color for the BM's (originally wine was my second choice of color)
So here is my question, what flowers besides any type of white flower or red roses do you think will work with wine colored dresses...
Pics would be helpful or website

Pinks and/or burgundy would go nice. Calla lily's come in both colors as do roses...sorry, don't have any pics.

cream or blush, even deep lilac...you could keep your purple thing with the flowers...i have seen deep purple flowers in the recent martha stewart magazine...also, what about black magic roses?

I know about the cala lily, but really don't like that flower, I like the blush idea.. someone I know suggested peach? is that a crazy idea?

You could do all different shades of pinks & burgundy's.
Or you could do mixed colors with burgandy mixed in to tie in the dress. Take a look at the bouquet thread, you could probably find some pics there.
Here is a pic of Alstromeria. They come in many colors, I think they would look good with the wine colored dress^
My BMs wore wine colored dresses. Their bouquets were champagne roses...I think they are called Anna roses, but I am not sure. It looked really beautiful w. the dresses. I dont think I have a pic scanned here, but will look for one at home.
