I agree. I think you should do fall colors. The Bo-k would pop against your dress !!

I'm going to be the minority and say all white or light colored flowers. I just love the look and tradition, you can incorporate a 'fall colored' ribbon to wrap your stems.

BUT, I think colorful flowers are hot. It comes down to your preference.

I dont think there is a right or wrong answer its dependant on the look you want. My girls dresses are dark purple so they are going to have all white flowers and ill have white with touches of purple. I think you really can't go wrong either way!

I'm doing fall flowers for my girls (with mink brown dresses). I have decided to have bright fall flowers for my bok as well. I think it will totally pop against the white dress.......

Re: flower question

This is totally a preference thing, so there's no right or wrong way to go. However...

When I went to florists, they had me look at a wedding pic with the bride holding a white (or ivory) bo-k. Then I looked at a pic of a bride holding a colorful bo-k. Your eye is drawn to the colorful flowers, rather than the bride when the bride is holding a colorful bo-k. Therefore, they all recommended going with a white bo-k, and leave the colors for the BMs. Also, consider doing a white bo-k with a slight, slight hint of color (like creams or a really pale pink, for instance) so the bride doesn't totally look washed out.
