Flower Questions

In the next few days I am going to finally meet with two florists, nothing like waiting til the last minute!
Are there any questions I should remember to ask?

u should have a good idea of how many of everything you need (centerpieces, bouquets, corsages, etc.). go in with a list. make sure they throw things in for you like a toss bouquet, flower girl flowers, cake flowers, etc. if you're getting married at church, u might want to ask about tulling outside of the church or pew bows, altar pieces, etc.

and stick to a budget. i went in with a dollar amount in mind and when they didnt meet it, i was honest with them, and they cut the price down $500 to appease me.

i wanted to spend $3500 on flowers (huge BP, lots of CPs, etc.) and got everything for $4000 in the end. also, you can pit the two against each other. one came in slightly lower than the other and i went back to the first to try to get them to lower the price even more

if it's a small vendor, make sure they have insurance because RH's ask for it. my RH actually mandated the use of certain florists - make sure ur not required to do this as well.

I haven't gone for flowers yet either, I keep pushing it off b/c I'm so all over the place with what I want... let us know how it goes!
