FH and I went to a florist today. Being that it was our 1st florist we are curious to see if we were quoted too much.
For the following we were quoted 1000.00
My question to all you ladies.....is this too much?
1 Bride bo-k roses and stephanolis (sp) 1 throw away bo-k 7 BM bo-k all roses 2 cousages petals for the FG 9 bouteneers

My brain is too tired to add, buttt, i can give you individual prices for each thing and then maybe you can total it...
Bride BoK with those flowers = $125 - $150 BM BoKs - $70-$80 Bouts - $7 - $10 Petals - Free! Corsages - $15 - $25

In my multiple florist visits, these were the roughr prices I got, just so you know.

I agree, I think it should be a couple hundred less, totaling about $850 or less...you should post on Vendors Helping Brides to get some quotes. Good luck!

IMO I think you can definately get less! Not sure where you live but we are using Pedestals and they are giving us a lot for our $$!

Yes I think that quote is too high.
I got pretty much exactly what you got, PLUS a few extras too, for about $700.
I suggest checking out a few other florists and seeing if you can find someone more reasonable.

where did you go? I would think it's a little high but not bad. You should try Blossom Heath in Oceanside (if you live anywhere near it) I worked with peter & he 's great, he knew exactly what I wanted & they are pretty reasonable

Scratch that... here's what we're getting for 1000:
Bride BoK with roses and stephanotis (pics in bride album - but mine'll be much bigger) 8 BM BoKs with roses and other flowers (pics in Bridal party album...have no idea what they are - they're just pretty) 12 bouts roses 1 mini-BoK of mini calla lilies 4 corsages

i think so....IMO.....try Designs by Rose....they too GREAT work and less than that price!
