Re: Flowerfield
My FH and I recently went to Flowerfield and were quoted $160 pp... but it depends a lot on which day of the week you want it, afternoon vs evening, and also the month that you are aiming for.
Where else have you been looking into? We've gone to almost 20 different Venues in the past 3 weeks. (Westchester & LI) :/ It's starting to turn into a headache lol!

Re: Flowerfield
I was quoted $180 for a saturday in august. This is the pricing I have for 2011 'regular season' so i'm assuming october is part of that
Thurs Evening: $110pp minimum 125
Fri Evening: $150pp minimum 150
Sat Afternoon: $125pp minimum 140
Sat Evening: $180pp minimum 185
Sun Afternoon: $125pp minimum 140
Sun Evening: $130pp minimum 150
Sun Twilight: $180pp minimum 185
All this does not included tax and gratuity

Re: Flowerfield
where have you looked? I looked a lot of places. What are you looking for other than a place to hole 280. Also, is there a certain part of the island you want to stick to?

Re: Flowerfield
Oh and one more thing about Flowerfield...its seems that you get about half the amount of food you get everywhere else. I loved flowerfield. it was my number one place for a looooong time. But it is so much more expensive than everywhere else and you seriously get half the food. Flowerfield gives 5 stations at cocktail and most other places give 9 or 10!

Re: Flowerfield
My friend got married there last summer!!! Beautiful place all around!! The food was good, the cocktail hr room is one of a kind!! It is a little on the pricier side but i think if you have it on a fri or sun day wedding verse a sat night it may be cheaper!! I have been to so many places it can drive you crazy!!!

Re: Flowerfield
Flowerfield might not have as many cocktail stations but the quality of the food is amazing. that should be taken in account.. As I thought the same thing about FF, but o man try the food and it is well worth it

I've looked at
The Royalton....too small
Tne North Ritz..too small and I'm scared that they are throwing in the seafood bar for nothing
Carlysle... too expensive with all the extras it would be $225 pp BEFORE the 22% and tax
Glen Island Harbour club... If you read my last post they're trying to screw me
I'm willing to go up to November 19th if it will save some $$$$. My problem is I want a place that is one wedding at a time. I know it's vain but its a non negotiable..lol.....SOOOO FRUSTERATING

Re: Flowerfield
Unfort when looking for a venue that is one wedding at a time you are going to pay at least $20 to $30 more pp.
