I have my final appointment this weekend, do you have any advice, anythings you think I should ask while I am there?

Make sure that your checklist is done. Make sure everything you want is specified on it and make them sign it too! That way if anything is not to your liking or done wrong you have it written and agreed to on how it should have been done. Make sure that you have your menu written down and signed upon as well. If you have not done so already make sure that you get the layout page from them so that you can do your seating and if you already got it make sure that when you hand it in, they sign it and you both have a copy. Make sure you have arrangements for what time you are getting there (another thing to make sure they sign) as well as what time you will be dropping off all your supplies....ummm that is all that I can think of right now.
