Flowerfield/St. James area transportation & hotels

I blocked rooms at the Marriott Islandia ($119 plus tax) and Smithtown Sheraton ($119 plus tax). They do not provide shuttle buses to Flowerfield. I called the Holiday Inn Express and I can block rooms for $145 plus tax and they will provide a free shuttle bus that runs until 11:00pm and $25/hr overtime. Does anyone know of a better deal on hotels in that area? Does anyone know where I can get an inexpensive shuttle bus for my guests? Any help would be appreciated.
