So my flowergirl told me last week that she does not want to be my flowergirl. She said she is too shy to do it in front of all of those people. What am I going to do now?She is 4 and will be 5 then and is my god daughter. I want her to be my flowergirl.
Anybody have any ideas?

Re: flowergirl
Can you add another flowergirl so that she will not feel alone. Maybe she would entertain the idea if she had someone else with her.

I thought about that. But I don't know who. I have a 9 year old niece but I think she is too big to be a flowergirl. But I am sure she would walk with her. Or one of my matron of honors has a 3 year old daughter, who she thinks will do it... I am not to sure she will though

I think the nine year old is fine and if you feel funny about making her a flowrgirl, you can always make her a junior bridesmaid and have her 'escort' the flowergirl down the aisle!

Re: flowergirl
Maybe she can walk down with another BM or a GM she feels comfortable with or if FH is walking down the aisle, he can escort her. The other option could be to just proceed as though she'll do it on that day, she may change her mind in 9 months. She can always just be in your pictures.
