A few people have recomended that I make my flowergirl headpieces out of artificial flowers. They think that if I make them myself, they will love them and iot will be very special. Now I feel like that would be a wonderful thing to do but I have NO idea where to start! Has anyone done this? Any suggestions?

Re: flowergirl headpieces
I know when my DD got a headpiece for a parade she had to get measured. They measure the crown of her head so it sits on top, but far enough down to it doesn't fall off. Get some nice silk flowers, sorts on the smaller side. Also floral tape. Not sure what they use for the circle, maybe floral wire? But then they wrap the tape around the wire then flower after flower. Good luck.
I know williesbride made her own bo-k's maybe she could help.
