What is it that you want? Is it that you will you have the flowers and the vases and you want them to arrange the flowers and them deliver them to the reception and set them up there??
I do agree that flowers are so expensive. I am having my reception at the Milleridge and 1/2 dozen roses in a bubble vase (with baby's breath) come with the package. You can upgrade but I dont want to. I rather spend the money on other stuff. If you just wanted someone to arrange them, I was going to suggest a local senior center or something like that but I got the feeling you are looking for the delivery also. Pls clarify here so we can help you brainstorm further... Hang in there
